According to the guidelines of the Sivananda Yoga Seminar House, we prepare two yoga-style vegetarian meals every day. Using the very best products from certified organic farms, our kitchen team creates delicious and nutritionally well-balanced meals.
Awaiting you after your morning yoga lesson is a brunch with hot and cold dishes (daily dal, grains, vegetables, salads, homemade bread and butter, as well as different homemade jams, porridges, cheese and fruit).
After your evening yoga session, you can look forward to soup, a main course and dessert.
