Payment
- cash in Euro or by electronic funds transfer, EC card accepted for amounts of € 200 or more
Bookings
- We request a deposit when you make your booking
- In the event of delayed arrival or premature departure, we will be obliged to charge you for the full period of your reservation.
In the event of cancelation, the following conditions will apply:
- prior to 12 weeks before scheduled arrival: no charge
- up to 4 weeks before arrival: 40 %
- up to 1 week before arrival: 70 %
- within the last week before arrival: 90 %
Hotel Guidelines
- Rooms are available for check-in after 3 pm, so please plan your arrival accordingly.
- Please check out no later than 11 am.
- If you expect to arrive after 6 pm, please phone us in advance and let us know.
- No rebates are available for meals you choose not to consume.
- Please understand that a wireless internet connection is only possible in the dining room between 1 pm and 4 pm.
- Dogs are welcome here with us. Our daily charge is € 8 per dog, food not included.
- Please bring along house slippers to wear during your stay.
